The Art Retreat is a one bedroom building tucked in at the bottom of my courtyard. This is a superb little house made for comfort and beauty. There is a bedroom upstairs, a bathroom with shower, open living room and downstairs has kitchen/dining. Heating is hydronic. There is air conditioning as well. All windows are double glazed for maximum peace.
It is not yet ready but will be soon. On site parking for a small car and private little garden just for you. It’s possible that there will be two poodles staring at you through the downstairs windows on occasion. Ignore them and they will go away, pat them and they’ll never leave.
